Dear Parents,

Our annual Sports Day event will be held in the air-conditioned school gym at Stamford American School on Saturday, 15 June.

The races will start promptly at 10.00am and finish by 12.00 noon. Children and parents should arrive for 9.30am.

Please ensure that your child:

• wears the Mills PE uniform (with white ankle socks) for the event and suitable running shoes
• brings a filled water bottle to drink from during the event

Physical development is an integral part of our school curriculum for all year levels, and we do hope to see all our students participating. Parents are invited to join in the games with the children and teachers too. There are a number of fun traditional games planned including sack races, tug of war, and relay races!

Siblings are welcome to join the event, however they must be supervised by accompanying parents.

To cover costs of the event, there will be a nominal fee of $90 per student. No fee will be charged for siblings and parents.
 
Payment method
Cash – In person at the school. Our opening hours are Mon-Sat 9.00am-4.00pm
Cheque – Payable to Mills International Ltd; write your child’s name on the back and pay at the school or send by mail
Bank payment – Deposit at ATM or internet transfer; email or fax payment confirmation including student’s name and your contact number. HSBC account no. 848-379079-838
