Group coaching is a 12 week program designed to help provide structure build knowledge in health and fitness, and develop consistency alongside likeminded women.
▪︎ 3 workouts each week which can be done at home.
▪︎ Ebook covering training and nutritional principles.
▪︎ Private access to a training app where you can track your progress, workouts and take part in group chats.
▪︎ Access to a small group of other women with similar goals to help develop accountability, support and community (between 4-10 per group).
▪︎ 6 live webinars held by me covering multiple topics to expand your knowledge in important areas of nutrition, female health and fitness (these are also recorded for future reference).
Price: £80 per month for a total of 3 months charged monthly (total £240) .
