*Up-to four people are allowed in a Double Occupancy - 2 Queen room. If requesting more than one roommate, separate names with a comma (Jane Block, Susie Quilter, etc)

By participating in this bus trip you consent to have your image captured and used by Rachel Ann Quilts LLC for promotional purposes (posting, printing, sharing, etc.) and you agree that you will NOT receive any compensation for the use of your image.

Please add Rachel@RachelAnnQuilts.com to your email contact list so you are sure to receive email updates about the trip and your trip invoice(s).

1) A non-refundable trip deposit of $100 is required to reserve your seat. Feel free to pay for the trip in full right away so you don't have to worry about the final due date.

2) Your trip must be paid in full by Aug 15, 2024 to claim your seat. You can make monthly payments in any amount or pay the balance all at once; It just needs to be paid in full by August 15, 2024. NOTICE: If your seat is not paid in full by August 15, 2024, you automatically forfeit your trip deposit and your seat will be offered to the first person on the waiting list.

3) You may cancel your reservation anytime before August 15th and will be refunded the amount you paid, that is greater than the $100 deposit, minus any credit card processing fees.

4) Your invoice will be emailed within 48 hours of this forms completion. Watch for your invoice! Your seat is not reserved until the invoice is paid.
