We would love to hear from all seniors, whether you are going on to college, entering the workforce, taking a gap year, joining the military, entering a training program or any other plans you have after graduation! Please also include any scholarships, honors or awards. The information from this form will be included in the Special Graduation Edition of the Forest Hills Focus Magazine and we would love to have all seniors included!

Students must submit this information by Friday, May 24th to be included in the June Focus.
