Turning Point Recovery Center of Springfield VT is collaborating with other partners in the community to help people in recovery seek and maintain employment. RRW (Recovery Ready Workforce) will also support employers to help retain current employees that are experiencing SUD (Substance Abuse Disorder).
Our goals are:
Host Free recovery-friendly training for businesses / HR dept.
Provide Free on-and/or-off-site recovery coaching / referral / resources to employers and employees.
Reduce stigma toward people with Substance Use Disorder.
