I understand the requirements of Alamo City Dance Company’s Nutcracker production and I realize that my participation within the cast is contingent upon my commitment, attendance, technical ability, and overall professional attitude. Failure to meet these requirements, on my part, will result in dismissal from the Nutcracker. I also understand that commitment to the Nutcracker production is to perform in ALL shows I which I have received parts. Keeping informed of all rehearsals, performances and extra performance opportunities associated with the Nutcracker is my responsibility. Lastly, cast member hereby grants Alamo City Performing Arts Association the non-exclusive right of use of cast member’s name, biography, and likeness (hereinafter called the “Materials”) for information purposes in connection with the advertising, exploitation, and publicizing of all shows during the season. Such use of the Materials may be made either alone or in conjunction with the exploitation of the name, products and / or services of Alamo City Dance Company or Alamo City Performing Arts or sponsors of the shows or season, but not as an endorsement of any such products or services.
