2025 Sterling Ruritan Girl Scout Scholarship
Developing Fellowship, Goodwill and Community Service, The Sterling Ruritan Club embraces the values also shared by Girl Scouts. To encourage Girl Scouts from our Sterling Area Girl Scout Troops in their future studies, the Sterling Ruritan Club is awarding a $1000 scholarship. The selection process is based on applicants’ involvement and achievements in Girl Scouts, their communities - school and religion. Scholarships are contingent upon acceptance to an accredited four-year college or university.

Eligibility: - must be Girl Scout from a Sterling Area Troop - attend a four-year college or university - complete this application by Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

The Sterling Ruritan Girl Scout Scholarship Winner and their parent(s)/guardian(s) (up to 5 guests total) will be invited to attend the Sterling Ruritan Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Sterling Ruritan Club, 183 Ruritan Road. The student must be present to receive the award.

A letter of recommendation from your Leader, Service Unit Leader, Community Member a Teacher or Religious Leader must be submitted to SterlingRuritanCommunityImpact@gmail.com.
