Complete this form to begin the process to be considered for this program . A UM-Dearborn team member will be in contact and begin to work with you on an academic plan that will help you achieve your degree at a speed that works for you. The Dearborn Comeback program also includes development of a financial plan that will work to identify Federal aid eligibility remaining (i.e. Pell grants and loans) and up to $5,000 in additional support.

Only students who meet the following criteria should complete the form:

*Your last enrolled semester as an undergraduate at UM-Dearborn occurred between Fall 2017 through Fall 2021
*You have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.4 at UM-Dearborn
*You have earned at least 90 credits total (30 of the 90 credits must have been earned at UM-Dearborn)
*You have not graduated from another four-year college or university since leaving UM-Dearborn
*You can commit to finalizing your degree over the next three years
