Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirical research-based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.  

The most significant finding from Brené's latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.

In this year-long program, you’ll give yourself the gift of space and time to develop the four skillsets.  You will go from knowing, to doing, to living.

At the end of our year together, you’ll develop the ability to:

Ask for what you need

Have brave + authentic conversations

Establish boundaries which allows you to love yourself as well as others simultaneoulsy.

Cultivate compassion and empathy so you can give it to others.

Develop emotional awareness so you understand your emotions instead of pushing them down.

Trust yourself as well as learn the key elements in trusting others and others trusting you.

Develop resilience to rise back up in pursuit of the goals you have for your one precious life.

Over the course of ONE year (24 zoom meetings) we will go through the Dare to Lead™ curriculum so you can integrate the tools into your life.  This program also includes 6 1:1 private coaching sessions with Koren that you will schedule over the course of the year to do private deep work.
