Kajian ini merupakan salah satu usaha berterusan JTM untuk meningkatkan kualiti perkhidmatan latihan teknikal di Institusi Latihan Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (ILJTM). Sokongan, pandangan dan maklum balas berharga daripada pihak majikan amat diperlukan. Maklumat yang disalurkan akan digunakan untuk membantu mempertingkatkan perancangan program kursus jangka pendek yang lebih baik di masa akan datang.
