Your practice is approached by a client to complete a large project with a complex program on an expedited schedule. The project is potentially very lucrative and would generate good press for your practice. Unbeknownst to the client, you do not have adequate staff or the required time to responsibly work on the project. Additionally, your ability to hire extra help with the requisite skillsets is extremely limited given the current market. Many hours of unpaid overtime would be required to complete the project; nevertheless, this is a rare opportunity, and you would like to proceed.
