REGISTRATION DEADLINE: - Formal registration closed January 31, 2023. This form will stay open to fill the limited spots remaining on current rosters.
Silver Creek AA teams at each age bracket will be capped at 14 players per team. Second and third teams at any given age bracket will be formed based on the submission date of this registration form, roster availability, AND the identification of a Head Coach for the additional team.
Co-ed Tee-Ball (4-6) at Silver Creek is open to Springfield and Durham Township and Riegelsville Borough residents. Rookies (7-8), Minors (9-10), and Majors (11-12) teams are open to Springfield Township residents who attend(ed) Springfield Elementary or Durham Nockamixon Elementary (unless a waiver is approved). All Palisades School District teenagers (13+) are eligible to register. Double rostering options may be available as long as each player satisfies their obligations to their primary team. Ages are as of April 30, 2023.

This is an SCAA planning form that provides us with contact and player information to plan the upcoming season. You may register up to 3 children from your household using this form. (Submit a second form if you have more than 3 registering players.) Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
