I understand that a deposit is required to borrow any equipment. This deposit will be returned upon the receipt of every item signed out and returned in good condition. If items are not returned in good condition, I understand that my deposit will be forfeited. I also understand that failure to comply with the terms of the agreement can result in a denial of any and all future requests.
