Dear all,

We are writing to invite you to submit an application for the poster session at JACET 50th Summer Seminar. Please be encouraged to apply by reading the information below.

1. Contents

     The content should be related to the theme of the seminar. It can be based on your research or endeavor of the English language programs (your department) or of your university. The size of the poster may be up to A0 size (1 sheet). The language used on the poster should be English.

2. Qualifications

    The first author needs to be a JACET member and has paid the annual membership fee (2023). If the first author is not a member, please join JACET before making the submission. 

   * In case of group presentations, only the first author is required to be a JACET member.

   * If we cannot confirm the payment of your annual membership fee (2023), we cannot accept your poster.

3. Submission period

     May 10th (Wednesday) to June 9th (Friday), 2023, 23:59:59 JST

4. Application procedure

     Please apply from this site.

5. Selection 

     The first authors will be notified via email in early July.
