Winter Boat Registration - October 2022 - May 2023
In order to store your boat at a LPCA beach, you must be a member in good standing.

1. Please complete all information on this form.
2. Please email at least 2 pictures of your boat to lpcaboats@gmail.com.
3. You will need type your name to electronically sign the waiver.
4. There is a maximum of 2 boats stored at LPCA beaches for each household membership. Fill out a separate form for each boat.
5. All who want to store boats over the winter must pay the 2023 FULL MEMBERSHIP DUES in advance, by October 15, 2022. (If Membership dues increase, you will be pro-rated.)
5. There is a Winter Boat Storage Fee of $100 PER BOAT. It can be paid by cash, check to LPCA or online at (PayPal fees apply to online payments.)

You will be contacted about where and when you can store your boat.

By signing this document I agree that I am storing my boat purely at my own risk. Any damage or loss of my boat is not the responsibility of the Lake Panamoka Civic Association. I also agree to move or remove my boat at the request of the Association, as long as such request is made with a minimum of 7 days notice. I agree to keep my boat locked, with my own personal lock, in the registered location, when ever not in use. I understand that no boats are to be left on the lake shore overnight, unless I am given the written consent of the Lake Panamoka Civic Association Board of Directors. I understand all boats/possessions must be removed by October 15, 2023 and any boats/possessions left after 10/15/2023 may have locks cut and be moved to an unsecured location in the parking area.  By signing this form electronically you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated herein.
