Flyout is open to a Maximum of 6 aircraft.

The following is the estimated trip cost. Keep in mind that you may already have some of these documents and do not need to pay for them again. The total cost below assume you have nothing and are starting from scratch.

1. $110.00 - AFAC Multi-Entry Permit
2. $35.00 - Monclova Airport coordination fee per airplane
3. $170.00 - FCC Radio Station License
4. $70.00 - FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit
5. $150.00 - Fly GA Mexico coordination and handling
6. $ 32.00 - 2023 CBP Decal

Total: $567.00

Additionally, you can expect to pay ~ $10 for landing fees, and ~ $9/night for overnight fees.
Immigration Entry fees for Passengers are $38/ea, and $10 immigration Exit fee. Pilots are exempt from paying these fees.

We will all be staying at the Hacienda 1800 resort, at a rate of about $150/night. (This includes up to $600 pesos in drinks and food expenses per room).

Flyout is locked to a maximum of 6 aircraft. In order to secure your spot, a deposit of $150 is required. This deposit becomes non-refundable after February 10th at 11:59pm CST (1 month before the trip), as this is when the prepping and processing will start. All other fees will be paid directly to the respective parties. $35.00 Saltillo Airport coordination fee is due 5 days before the trip, or sooner.
