Fall 2023 IMSE Graduate Research Assistant Request
Please fill out this form for each student you will be supporting. You will be prompted to submit another response, if needed, after completing the form.

Please enter the full worktag for each appointment. Do not use grant names or account names. Also, please make sure that your account(s) have sufficient funds from which you can draw both stipend and tuition for the full semester. 

Stipend for PhD students is $10,287 per semester plus 13.9% for benefits; for MS students, it is $9,837 plus benefits. Tuition for PhD students is $7,038; tuition for MS students is $3,519. These rates are for 20-hour appointments. 

If you are splitting funding between multiple accounts, please note this in the worktag field (e.g. 50% [account 1]/50% [account 2]).
