Please complete this form if you are interested in reserving a private shooting bay for your group. We have two different bays we rent out to private parties, our Competition Bay (that's just what we named it years ago and it stuck) and Bay 1. There is a $100 down payment to hold the date refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the event date. Appropriate tax will be added to all prices listed.

After completing this form, Sandhill Shooting Sports Staff will contact you to arrange for payment of the deposit.

Bay Rental *

Includes up to 4 target backers/stands. Rental price is $100 per hour.

Does your group have a dedicated certified Range Safety Officer, who will not be shooting with your group? If so, please provide the name of this person. You will also have to provide a copy of their current RSO certification. *

If you do not have an RSO, there is a $30 per hour charge for a dedicated RSO.

Does your group need/want a certified instructor to help coach participants? *

Your RSO's job is SAFETY ONLY, not instruction. A dedicated certified instructor can be provided to your group for $40 per hour.

Price listed for firearm rentals DO NOT include the cost of ammo.

We would like to rent a pistol or rifle with a suppressor (silencer). ($20 extra for firearms with suppressors)

ONLY pistol caliber & rimfire rounds may be used on our steel. NO RIFLE CALIBER ROUNDS. Steel target rental is $10 per target. The dueling tree is $15.

* Paper targets vary in price from $1 to $2.
* Hearing protection for those who do not have their own is $1 to rent muffs, $1 for plugs, and muffs to purchase start at about $15. (Ear pods for phones DO NOT provide adequate protection unless they have at least a 20 NRR rating.)

* Eye protection for those who do not have their own is $1 to rent, and starts at $3.99 to purchase.
