The workshop will involve:

• A live cooking demonstration of one of our easy to prepare, healthy child-friendly dishes

• Handy hints on how to use to adapt basic recipes to create tasty variations that stay within the budget

• Introduction to our YouTube channel, The Super Yummy Kitchen, filled with step-by-step cooking videos

• Free tasters of some of the dishes featured on the School Dinner Menu and the Super Yummy Kitchen

• Recipes cards and informational flyers to take home!
