Q: I've placed an order. When will my order be filled?A: Our staff reviews and fills ALL orders placed by Mondays and Fridays before 5PM. Orders will be in campus mailboxes the following day at NOON at the latest.
Q: How do I pick up my Dime Store order?A: Your order will be waiting for you in your campus mailbox in the campus center post office.
Q: I'm embarrassed to pick up an order with sexy items inside. Will anyone know?A: The Dime Store puts your order in a discrete brown paper bag. The only marking on the bag is your mailbox number, and the bag will be stapled closed. No one will know what's inside ;-)
Q: Is my order anonymous and confidential?A: Yes and yes. Out of respect for your privacy and discretion, we do not ask for any identifying information when you place an order.
Q: I'm a PC trying to order supplies for my dormitory. How should I go about doing this?A: Hey PC! Thanks for helping to keep your residents safe. To order for your dorm, just answer yes to being a PC, submit and we will put together an inclusive variety of items! Don't forget to keep an eye on your supply and re-order when it gets low! And remember that your items will be delivered to your campus mailbox a few days after you place the order.
Q: I'm not quite sure how to use a condom.A: No worries! You can find all the basics here:

Q: I'm not sure what condom size I and/or my partner(s) should use.A: The Dime Store currently offers a variety of condoms in the standard size, and one brand of condoms sized a little larger (Trojan Magnums). Wearing the right size condom will make sex safer. Most people do not need to use Magnums, but if you're unsure about whether you should be using them, check out this helpful link for information about condom sizing:

Q: Are your latex-free condoms made from lambskin?A: Nope! Lifestyles non-latex condoms are made from polyisoprene, a non-animal material.
Q: I forget, which condoms/ dental dams are safe to use with which lube?A: Worry not--ALL lubricants offered by the Dime Store are safe to use with latex and non-latex condoms and dental dams. Any precautions you should take with an item are clearly marked in the title and description. Here's what's important to know: unlike all the other lubes we offer, our silicone lubricant CANNOT be used with silicone sex toys; anal lubricant is NOT for vaginal use; oil-based lubricant is NOT safe to use with condoms (for this reason, we don't offer any oil-based lubes). When in doubt, stick with water-based lube!
Q: I've never used lube before. Do I need it?A: We think everyone could benefit from having a little more lube in their lives. Our motto is, the wetter the better! The Dime Store offers a wide range of fun flavors and textures of lubricant to fit your needs and preferences. But using lube isn't just fun--it actually makes sex safer. Lubrication can help prevent irritation and tears that leave you more vulnerable to discomfort, injury, STIs, and other infections. Using lubricant does not mean there's anything 'wrong' with your body--it's perfectly normal! If you're new to lube, you might want to try starting with hypoallergenic water-based lube.
Q: What is a dental dam, and how do I use it?A: A dental dam is a rectangle of latex used to make oral sex safer. Although you can't get pregnant from these acts, you CAN contract STIs--so if you don't know your partner's STI status, it's a good idea to use a dental dam. Simply hold the dam firmly in place with both hands during oral sex or anus-to-mouth contact. There should be no flipping of sides once you begin. Q: The Dime Store is out of dental dams. What do I do?A: You can make your own dental dams using condoms: unroll the condom, cut off the tip, cut off the rim at the base, and then make an incision up one side of it--this will form a rectangle of latex. You can also do this process using a latex glove. Thirdly, you can make a dental dam out of the plastic wrap, but make sure the wrap you use is NOT microwaveable--microwaveable wraps are usually porous, and won't protect you.

Q: Are y'all responsible for the Spring Fling condom mural? What about the halloween one? A: Why thank you for asking, yes we are. Each year for Spring Fling, the Dime Store volunteers construct a beautiful mural out of condoms, lube, and dental dams in the campus center. Students can take what they need from the mural. As of October 2022, we also made a spooky condom mural for halloween as well! Check out our instagram page for pictures!
