All organizations planning to apply for an AmeriCorps VISTA project (Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3) must notify the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development (CNHED)* VISTA Program Manager(s) and VISTA Leader of their intent to apply or reapply via this form.

*You do not need to be a CNHED member AT THE TIME you apply to host a VISTA.
*You must be a CNHED member before the VISTAs service year begins.
