If approved, the information collected on this form will be used for the purpose of matching a Siberian kitten or cat for placement. Do not complete this application if you are not over 18 years of age. Celestial Siberians holds all rights to withdrawl approval of an application at any point, should we feel a home is no longer a good fit for a kitten.
