State Honorary Degree (non teacher) Application
  • The Honorary American FFA Degree is the highest honorary degree, and it is presented by the Colorado FFA Association at the annual State FFA convention. Each chapter may nominate five candidates.
  • Purpose: The purpose of the degree program is to recognize individuals who have rendered outstanding service on a state level to the agricultural education-FFA program.
  • Criteria of Nomination: Individuals nominated must have provided exceptional service on a state level to agriculture and/or the agricultural education/FFA program. Individuals nominated from a chapter must have the approval of the chapter FFA advisor. Nominations may also be made by members of the Colorado board of directors, State FFA Officers,  and the State FFA Foundation.
  • This application is due April 1.
