Setup: June 10th, noon - June 11th, 4pm
Event open to patrons: June 11th, 4pm - June 14th, Noon
Tear Down: June 14th, 6am - noon (No early teardown)

Food Vendors must provide their own booth space and be in compliance with Mendocino County Health Code Regulations.
Redwood Run and our Venue host will provide power and water.
Vendor must possess a Food Handler's permit.

Redwood Run, Riverview Ranch, Kiwanis of the Redwoods, it's organizers and staff assume no responsibility whatsoever for any property placed in vendor space, and is hereby discharged from any liability from any loss, injury, damage to person and property that may be sustained while on the premises. All tarps, property and merchandise must be removed by 4pm on Sunday June 14th. Vendor is responsible for picking up the garbage/debris on their site and the site must remain clean the entire weekend.

Applicant must complete and submit this application. Upon approval, the Food Vendor Coordinator will contact you.

Upon approval, submit proof of your Food Handler's Permit and your payment via check made out to REDWOOD RUN to: 703 Redwood St, Garberville, CA 95542  Attn: Jennifer Wilson. Please include "Food Vendor" in the memo section of your check.

Submit the names of your food booth staff (as they appear on their legal ID) to the Food Vendor Coordinator by May 15th, 2020.
