We are looking for Sumida Community Ambassadors for 2024 who live in Japan and can help us share the appeal of Sumida City (a town in Tokyo) through their SNSs. Sumida City is home to Ryogoku Kokugikan, where you can watch sumo wrestling; and the Tokyo Sky Tree, making it a popular town among foreign tourists. In addition to famous landmarks, Sumida has many other attractions such as historic buildings, beautiful gardens, and a delicious cuisine.
Please join our monitoring tour and experience the charms of Sumida City from your point of view. We look forward to your application.

◆ Description
Three times a year, you will (1) participate in a sightseeing monitoring tour, (2) write articles and (3) post the articles on your SNS.

(1) Participate in sightseeing monitor tours (3 times)
You will participate in tours to experience the charms of Sumida City, such as walking around town, watching sumo match, and dining experiences. You will also be asked to take photos or shoot videos for posting.

(2) Write articles about your experiences in (2) (3 times)
- Write an article about the experience in (1) in foreign language.
- Write a summary of the article in Japanese

(3) Post the article on your SNS (3 times)
- Post the article in (2) on your SNS.
* The article will also be posted on the official website of "Sumida Community Ambassadors".

◆ Conditions for application
- Foreign residents in Tokyo or near Tokyo (overseas residents are not eligible to apply)
-We are seeking participants for our biannual opinion exchange meetings and business debriefings, scheduled for September 2024 and March 2025.
- Able to participate in the tours on the dates listed in the "Schedule" below
- Have more than 1000 followers on SNS (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Weibo, etc.)
- Able to communicate in Japanese
- Like to travel and want to experience various things
- Interested in Sumida City

◆Schedule
*Please apply only if you are able to participate in all of the following (1) through (3).
(1) July 6, Saturday
(2) October 5, Saturday
(3) Weekday in January
*The date for (3) will be decided by October.

◆ Number of applicants
About 7 people

◆ Pay (to be paid after 3 submissions)
Youtuber 90,000 yen
Other SNS influencers 60,000 yen

◆ Other allowances
- Transportation expenses (1,500 yen per trip, to cover the cost of getting from your home to the venue)
- Meals during the tour, transportation expenses, and the purchase of items necessary for contributions will be covered by us.

* Please pay for personal purchases such as souvenirs by yourself.

* Transportation expenses will be paid on the day of the tour. Compensation will be paid after the project is completed.

May 21 (Tuesday) - May 24 (Friday) Web-based application (preliminary selection)
May 24 (Fri.) Notification of preliminary selection results
May 29 (Wed) - June 12 (Fri) Zoom interview (second round selection)
June 17 (Fri.) Notification of results of second round of selection and selection of ambassadors
