After some problems sustained during edition I and II of CLAMAS, we decided to change our registration process for this year event, the following modifications are now in effect :
  1. We're going digital. No ticket will be sold on the premises, the day of the event.
  2. Please, pay the amount owed by the 31 May 2024 at 23:59. If you haven't paid by then, you registration will be considered void and you won't be allowed into the event.
  3. After the registration deadline (31 May 2024 at 23:59), we'll start purchasing the goods and services to run the event. Therefore we won't be able to reimburse you your ticket price if you decide not to come to the event in the end.

Regarding accommodation, there are several hotels in the city. If you want to lower the cost of your stay, we can pair you with someone also looking for accommodation.
If answered "Yes", we'll contact you and give you the contact info of a participant wanting share a room (please tell us soon, as hotel rooms are booked quickly).

The price for the event (2 days) is 80 CHF. Please indicate your first and last name and add "(CLAMAS)" when writing your bank wire. Your registration won't be considered complete up until you pay the amount owed.

We decided to go completely digital this year. No ticket will be sold on Saturday at the gate, if you did not pay your registration by the time we start the event you won't be allowed unto the premises of the event.
