The requests generated by this form are no longer being monitored by NDE Certification Staff. Please email a conditional letter request to nde.tcertweb@nebraska.gov. The letter should say that they school system is requesting a conditional permit and that employment has been offered for the 2022-2023 school year. A conditional permit form form the 2023-2024 school year will be sent out to superintendents in July and information will also be posted on the NDE Bulletin.
