１. スポーツクライミングは、危険(落下、転倒等)が伴う競技ということを理解し、負傷した場合でも、THE101 -TAKE A STEP FORWARD- (以下「本イベント」という)主催者及び関連会社に一切の責任を問いません。

I understand that sport climbing is a dangerous sport (fall, fall down, etc.) and agree to hold the organizer and affiliated companies harmless from liability in the event of injury.

２. 参加者の個人情報は本イベントの実施のみに使用し、また、次の場合を除きご本人の同意なく第三者に提供いたしません。

・法令に基づく場合

・人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき

Participants' personal information will be used only for the implementation of this event and will not be provided to third parties without their consent, except in the following cases.
・When required by laws and regulations.
・When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.

3. 主催者及び主催者が定める競技スタッフが、注意勧告に従わないなどの競技進行に支障があると判断した場合、競技を中断いただきます。

Any competitor who does not comply with the cautions of the organizer and the competition staff as determined by the organizer, or who is deemed to be interfering with the progress of the competition, will be asked to stop the competition.

4.主催者及び主催者が許諾したメディアは、写真並びに動画撮影を行います。撮影した内容は、予告なく大会終了後の広告物、テレビ/新聞/雑誌/WEBなどに露出/掲載される場合がございます。

The organizer and media authorized by the organizer may take photographs and videos and expose and publish them in advertising materials, television, newspapers, magazines, websites, etc. after the event.

5.主催者は、本イベント参加中及びその前後に生じた主催者に責のない事故や、参加者間のトラブルについて一切の責任を負いません。

The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents or problems between participants that occur during, before, or after participation in this event that are not the fault of the organizer.
