Terms and Conditions
Do you agree to allow a team member from UCA to conduct a home visit prior to approval? *
The cat/kitten(s) remains the property of UCA during the designated trial period (2 weeks unless otherwise agreed to) and must be surrendered to them on demand? *
If, for whatever reason the adoption does not work out after the trial period ends do you agree to return the animal back to UCA? *
Do you understand that the adoption fee will only be returned if the cat/kitten(s) is returned within the trial period of 2 weeks (or agreed trial period)? *
Are you aware that the cost of owning a cat is minimum of $1,000 per year and do you believe that you can afford this ongoing commitment? *
Are you aware that a cats average lifespan is 15-20 years and you will be responsible to care for them for the entire duration?
