Please fill out all of the questions below. Once processed, a volunteer member of the board will deliver your pass to your mailbox, or contact you for pickup instructions.
Please be aware that processing, printing, and delivering passes can take several days. We recommend planning ahead and requesting your pass early. However, we understand that urgent situations can arise, and we do our best to accommodate everyone's needs. We are working to ensure passes are delivered to you as swiftly as possible. Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: Parking in the street between 1am and 6am is prohibited. This is a temporary pass and is only good for one night of street parking and may not be used for consecutive days.
If you have a special circumstance that requires more than one night of street parking (i.e. a college student coming home for a long weekend/spring break) this requires board approval.
Please email our property manager after completing this form to request approval. Please note that this process does take time, so please plan ahead as last minute requests are unlikely to be accommodated.
