CSRC Registration 2024-25
Please fill out this form to register your athlete for the 2024/25 Season. One form must be submitted for each athlete. 

Age groups are based on the birth year.  The following are the birth years for each age group for the 2024-2025 season:

U8: 2017 or 2018
U10: 2015 or 2016
U12: 2013 or 2014
U14: 2011 or 2012
U16: 2009 or 2010
U18/21: 2004 to 2008
