Thank you for choosing to audition for BLT's Production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella! Please complete this form prior to coming to auditions. Auditions will be held at Brookhaven Little Theatre (126 W Cherokee St, Brookhaven, MS.) Before signing up to audition, please be sure to read all of the audition policies and information at www.haventheatre.org/auditions. Please list ALL CONFLICTS you may have from February 24-April 28. A conflict is any activity/event that would keep you from attending a rehearsal such as a vacation, work/on-call, meeting, school event, holiday, ACT test, wedding, weekly lessons, church activity, etc. Include dates/times. Your conflicts are seriously considered in casting. Unknown conflicts that arise after casting must be submitted ASAP. If you are cast, potential absences must be approved by the Director and Production Manager. Failure to report known conflicts may result in your removal from the show and may affect future casting decisions at BLT. Excessive absences may result in removal from the show.

Blackout Dates are as follows:

April 13-28: These dates include Tech Rehearsals, Dress Rehearsals, & ALL performances, with performance dates being absolutely non-negotiable. We reserve the right to add additional shows to what has already been advertised if needed. If shows are added, they will be added between show weeks prior to April 28.

A Production Fee of $100 is required of all actors cast in the show and due at the first rehearsal. If multiple family members are cast in the show, you will be charged $100, plus $50 for all additional family members. *
