Do you have an idea for a Service activity a student can do? Have you heard of something interesting and would like to put it out there, or have a need to be fulfilled and would like to see if any service students would want to help out?

Fill out this form below and we will add it to the website and to promote it to CA, and CAS students. The more options we have, the better chance students will find a good and rewarding fit.

PLEASE NOTE: CAS activities are typically longer commitments than a single event. 10+ hours of time is appropriate. Leadership roles are excellent for CAS PROJECTS. Please talk to Mr Myers for more information about projects.

Below are the list of the CAS/SA learning outcomes. We help students find activities based on the effort to fulfill these valuable skills. Select any that you feel might apply to this activity.

Strength and Growth -These are skills the student already has, but would like to improve.

Developing New Skills Through a Challenge. - This is where students want to learn something new. It should not be something that they have done previously, but want to try out.

Working with Others - heir efforts and reflection will focus on the challenges of cooperation, and interpersonal negotiation to achieve some goal.

Commitment and Perseverance - his activity should involve a challenge that is not particularly easy to complete and requires perseverance and a time commitment. It may be tedious work, or challenging work. Either way, their focus is their commitment to getting it done.

Initiative and Planning - This is where the student is involved in planning, preparing and organizing some activity or event over a long term.

Engagement in Issues of Global Significance - Getting involved and helping to improve the situation regarding an issue of world wide importance.

Ethical Choices an Actions - Focus of this learning outcome is for students to choose to change a pattern in their life or something that they are involved in that you would call “the right thing to do.“
