An award to recognize Community Leaders in categories of Youth, Business, Community, and Leadership who provide extraordinary service and commitment to Diversity Equity and Inclusion. Anyone (community , corporate, non profit, staff, faculty, students or general public) may nominate a candidate for this award. Nominees must have completed one year of consistent involvement in D.E.I activities. Award recipients will be announced at the Juneteenth Freedom Walk Celebration Event Hosted by United Community Change At Jordan Valley Ice Park. Past recipients can receive this award every 10 years. There is no limit on the number of individuals you may nominate. Please submit a separate nomination form for each nominee.
