To receive a refund or exchange, you must send the return form within 14 days of the delivery of your goods.
Without a return form, we are not always able to identify the order, which means that we are also unable to issue a refund.
Important!
Returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached. 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products (e.g face masks, underwear) that are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons if the package is opened after delivery.
