Welcome to Yoga for Spinal Health course

Various parts of our body and personality are determined by the suppleness and flexibility of the Spine. This is due to the fact that the Spine is connected to our entire nervous system and goes all the way up to our brain. A supple Spine reflects a positive state. Regular practice of Yoga helps to increase the flexibility of our spine and we become more prone to a healthy, happy, calm, and composed state.

This course has been designed by an expert committee of Physiotherapists, Psychiatrists, Yoga gurus, and Nutritionists, ensuring 100% safety and effectiveness in terms of spinal health improvement. Five types of movements help in increasing the flexibility of our spine. They will all be a part of the focus in the regimen that will be taught during the lessons.
