The City of Holyoke is considering a major expansion of Community Field Park by restoring nearby Scott Tower and Anniversary Hill and re-opening them to the public. The City and its partner, Kestrel Land Trust, want to know your thoughts about restoring this historic park and reuniting it with Community Field for the public to enjoy.
