ONLINE - Complete Online Registration and PHS Google Form (this Form)
This step is specific to PHS to gather information not covered in Synergy (i.e. Sports, Fees and Graduation).

Complete this form for each PHS students.

Complete at ALL online pieces by August 16 to make registration day go quicker.
REGISTRATION SCHEDULE
  • August 21 - Seniors 8:30am - 11:30am 
  • August 22 - Juniors 8:30 am - 11:30 am
  • August 23 - Sophomores 8:30 am - 11:30 am
  • August 24 - Freshmen  8:30 am - 11:30 am
  • New Student Appointments are 1pm - 3pm during the registrations days, August 21 - 24.  Counselors are available by appointment only for new students.  Not for schedule changes.  
Please have online pieces done prior to coming to registration. Computers will be available for those who have not completed the online pieces.  

These must be done before receiving the students schedule.    

There will also be limited computers available for those without access at home during registration.  
Computer Access (for Registration only) will be available August 21 - 24  from 8:30 am - 11:30 am
