Please use this form for resale of surplus equipment and recycling of E-Waste.

Free pick up of many items, working or not. We will contact you with more information.

Label all E-waste as "Universal Waste - CRT" or "Universal Waste – Electronic Waste” and include the date when the waste was first generated. E-Waste must be transferred to Equipment Management - Peter’s Exchange for recycling within 9 months of being generated. E-waste may not be discarded in the regular trash.

Be sure to contact your departmental CAM Processor/Asset Representative so he/she may complete the Asset Retirement Global (CAM) document to generate an Equipment Inventory Modification Request (EIMR) form.

All computing devices must be wiped clean of software and data.
