Article 1.
Alpe Adria Sport d.o.o. Zagreb, Šestinski trg 5, OIB: HR55117436207, ID KOD: HR-AB-01-080728236 is committed to organise summer sport camp in camping Simuni on the island of Pag, in the period of 08.06.-12.06.2020.

Article 2.
The price of arrangament is 1.750,00 HRK and it covers the following services:
1 The accommodation in the mobile homes (4 - 6)
2 5 days, 4 full boards + extra lunch
3 Transport
4 Program organization and implementation
5 The sports equipment
6 Instructors for each sport, counselors 24/7

Article 3.
Alpe Adria Sport d.o.o. is responsible for all damage caused to the user of arrangament by non-fulfilment, partial fulfilment or sloppy fulfilment of obligations wich refer to organisation of travel and program predicted by this contract, up to price of non-fulfiled or partialy fulfiled service.

Article 4.
During representation of travel and program, the user of the arrangament is introduced terms of accident insurance at Wiener Insurance company. By accepting this contract the user confirms that he is introduced with general terms of insurance and travel.

Article 5.
In case of complaints of in adequate services the user of arrangament must complain to provider of services in written form. Written complaint must be submitted to Alpe Adria Sport d.o.o. at the latest 8 (eight) days from the end of the travel.

Article 6.
The user is obliged to pay the price from the article 2. before the start of travel either in cash or credit cards. The price from the article 2. refers to the cash payments . The price from the article 2. will be increased for the provision of credit card company.

Article 7.
All the damage done in the transport, place of stay or similar places during the travel arrangement is paied by committer. The user of arrangament is responsible for the damage done by non-fulfilment of obligations from this contract.

Article 8.
The user of arrangament agrees that his personal data can be used for all the needs of realisation of the travel.

Article 9.
This contract sent by e-mail is valid without signature.
I give all the information under full responseability and I guarantee that they are accurate and true.

By filling this aplication I give the permission that my childs personal data, can be used exclusively for the purpose of fulfillment of this contract. The data can be kept as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
Also I give the permission that the photos made during the activities in the sport camp can be used for marketing purposes of Alpe Adria Sport touristic agency.
Alpe Adria Sport touristic agency can put the photos without names on their web site "www.kecerin.hr", on the social page (facebook page "Kecerin Sport") and on their flyers.
If for any reason I do not want to give the permission for the photos to be used in this purposes, I will notify Alpe Adria Sport d.o.o. touristic agency by e-mail ( igor.kecerin@gmail.com).
