Ft. Sam Houston gate entry  - AHFSH Youth Soccer
Per JBSA Ft. Sam Houston entry requirements:  All adults - 18 years and older - who do not have  Department of Defense (DOD) identification must be vetted and indentity proofed for entry and unescorted access into JBSA-Ft. Sam Houston for participation in the AHFSH Youth Soccer program.  Once approved, a visitor’s pass valid for the entire seasonal year, August 1 to May 31, may be picked up from the BAMC/I35 visitor’s center to gain entry into JBSA - Ft. Sam Houston for soccer activities only.
(YOU MUST SUBMIT A NEW REQUEST EACH YEAR)  

Please  complete all required information per the instructions on the form.  The Visitor Control center requires a 10 day period to complete the vetting process, so please complete the form ASAP for all members of your family to include all adults that require entry into the post.
