Course Request Change Form for 2024-2025
Please complete one form for each course request change you would like to make.
If you have multiple changes to request, please complete this form multiple times.  

This Course Request Change Form will only be open until the Friday before Memorial Day (Friday, May 24, 2024).
Course requests will be locked until August 1, 2024 while the final schedule is built. 
The change form will open again August 1-31, 2024, but there will be a $20 for each change requested at that point in time. There is no fee for changes requested before Memorial Day.

As stated in our Course Guide: Student schedules are carefully planned for graduation requirements. Students are expected to remain in the courses for which they are enrolled. In general, student schedules may be adjusted to complete an incomplete schedule, meet graduation requirements, or to correct a mistake with prerequisite courses.   Schedules will not be adjusted for preference of a teacher, to be with friends, for a particular period of the school day, lunch, athletics, or failure to complete the required summer coursework.
