The Ridgway Area Chamber of Commerce is preparing to open the Visitor Center for the 2022 summer and autumn seasons. We need an enthusiastic group of locals (even part-time locals are welcome!) to staff the center from Memorial Day weekend at the end of May through early October. The minimum requirement is three shifts per month – more hours available if interested. Paid staff will be required to work more regular hours.

We plan to hire several volunteers and one or two paid staff to greet guests and give information to travelers at the Visitor Center, located at 150 Racecourse Road (near the intersection of Highways 550 and 62). No experience is necessary. Training will be provided, plus thank you gifts to volunteers.
