The BikeMaine Weekend will take place from Thursday, Aug 25 (rider and volunteer check-in) to Sunday, August 28, in Lincoln. We ask that you are able to arrive by 1pm on Thursday for orientation, dinner, and to begin setup for rider check-in that evening. We understand that this shortened time frame may make it more difficult for some of our usual volunteers to make it, but we still want to extend the invite, and hope to see some of you there. If your plans change at all over the coming months, or you know you would like to volunteer but do not think you can be there by early afternoon, please email
emily@bikemaine.org.
Volunteers will be camping at the BikeMaine Weekend Village with staff and riders, unless you need other accommodations, and will have the opportunity to ride one of the days if they would like, since the Village is not moving, there will be less general setup.
