As the tiny house community is classed as a campground this means you will need to meet the campground act 1985 which includes not spending more than 50 nights there uninterrupted. This would mean you have to spend a night away every so often. Is this a problem for you? *
Many people have expressed their desire to rent out their tiny house both short and long term when they aren't using it (due to travel or surplus to their needs). Would you look to rent yours out too, and do you have an issue with other people showing up in the community from time to time? *
