About the Conference:
The OOOMD Annual Conference brings together hundreds of stakeholders, majority consumers/peers, for a two-day in-person event. Each year’s theme and content is curated in response to the emerging trends and observed needs of the peer workforce and behavioral health community at large.

Exhibitor Info:
We welcome applications for our 2024 Exhibit Hall. Please note that there are a limited number of tables available. OOOMD serves the right to select exhibitors at our discretion, and priority will be given to peer-operated organizations.  

Each exhibit table includes the following:
  • 6ft. skirted table
  • 1 chair
  • 110 volt electrical outlet.

Application & Selection Process:
Applications must be received by March 31, 2024. Selected exhibitors will be notified by March 31 and will receive a promo code to use during the registration process. Early registration is appreciated.

Invited Exhibitors must pay a $100 tabling fee and purchase one ticket to the full conference (with or without hotel room) for each person attending.
  • Registration for conference tickets with hotel accommodations closes on April 15. 
  • Registration for conference-only tickets (no hotel) closes on May 7.

OOOMD reserves the right to enforce conference guidelines and take appropriate action to maintain the integrity and professionalism of the event.

Table Setup and Presentation:

Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their tables in accordance with provided guidelines and time frame.

Table presentations should be professional, engaging, and relevant to the conference theme or behavioral health focus.

Compliance with Regulations:

Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to the promotion and demonstration of products and services.

Obtain necessary permits or licenses for any demonstrations, giveaways, or activities conducted at the table.
