2022-2023 Milton Public Schools Preschool Pre-registration  (Please note this is for the '22-'23 SY Only)
There are three separate programs offered by the Milton Public Schools for children age 3-4 to attend. Each program has similarities and differences. We encourage families to understand the basic structure and routine of each program before completing this form. This is an interest form that is the first step in registering for Preschool within Milton Public Schools.  Once accepted, formal registration must take place.
