Thank you for your interest in running to serve on APMP-NCA's Board of Directors! This is a fulfilling experience but also an important commitment to the APMP-NCA community.

It is strongly encouraged that before self-nominating you have the necessary time to commit and support from your employer (if applicable) for your involvement on the Board.

Please complete this form in its entirety and submit by COB 27-September for your self-nomination to be considered.

SECTION ONE: REQUIREMENTS - ALL BOARD POSITIONS. In order for you to be eligible to run for a Director position on the APMP-NCA Board, you must meet all four of the following requirements. Please attest you meet these conditions by checking each box. *

I am currently affiliated with the NCA Chapter.

I am willing to assume the role and responsibilities of the position as delineated in the NCA By-Laws and make the professional commitment to for the full 12-months tenure. (The bylaws can be found on apmpnca.org website at https://apmpnca.org/bylaws/)

I commit to attend and participate in monthly Board Meetings held the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30 – 7:00 pm plus the 4-hour Strategic Planning Meeting held in January. Eight Board Meetings are held via teleconference and four are held in person at a location in the greater Washington, DC area.

SECTION TWO: REQUIREMENTS - OFFICERS**. If you are nominating yourself for one of the four Officer positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer, or Secretary) you must meet the following additional three requirements. Please attest you meet these conditions by checking each box.
