Student QRC Name/Pronoun Advocacy Form

This form helps the TReC understand what kind of advocacy you need in relation to name and pronouns usage at PSU. For example:

  • Are you looking to have someone advocate for your name in class?

  • Do you need someone to explain to a professor what pronouns are and how to accommodate or support trans students?

Then fill out this form so the TReC can assist in making sure correct usage of name and pronouns, and a concrete understanding of positive pronoun usage, is understood by PSU staff and faculty.
