We are starting library checkout!

Since you can't browse in the library yet, please fill out this form so that I can get some information about what you like to read. Fill out as much information as possible so that I can choose a book you will enjoy. You will also be able to request a specific book, if you would like.

For now, all students will be limited to ONE book checked out at a time, but you can return your book to your classroom any time you are in the school building and I will give you the next book on your list.
